What type of events do you do?

We serve all types of events and celebrations! Weddings, fairs, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, fundraisers, birthdays, holiday parties and so much more!

Are you willing to travel? 

Yes! We currently service the entire state of Iowa. 60 miles of travel are included from Polk City, IA, each additional mileage we charge $1.25 per mile. Outside of state travel may be available upon request.

Who provides the alcohol? 

Depending on what package you select, the client or us can provide the alcohol! If the client provides the alcohol, we help calculate how much we think you should purchase for your special event. You will be responsible for transporting the alcohol to the event at LEAST 2 hours prior to service so when we arrive we can get it chilled & ice-cold to serve. If you choose to purchase kegs, it is also your responsibility to keep the kegs cold until we serve.

Do you have insurance? 

Yes! We carry General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance.

Do you have a liquor license?

​Since the Nova is mobile and is not affixed to a physical address, we are unable to secure a permanent liquor license. If you want liquor to be served, we do apply for the Iowa Liquor License on behalf of our clients at an additional cost.

If your community is hosting a public event, we would love to discuss how we can obtain the proper permits to serve that celebration!

Can the mobile bar be used for other things? 

Absolutely! Nova can be used as a dessert bar, ice cream bar, flower vendor, photoshoot prop and more! Just email us the information and we will get a quote! ​

How much room do we need? 

Nova will need at least 8x12ft space with enough room to back the trailer into your desired spot. ​

Do you need electricity? 

Being able to plug into an outlet would be ideal, but if that option is not available we can provide our own generator with additional charge.
 

What is your deposit and refund policy? 

We require a 50% deposit when you sign the contract and confirm your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.

Can the Nova be used indoors?

Of course! As long as there is enough space and doors are 8 feet tall, she can be used for indoor events.
